Hello All; I stopped meditating 16 yrs ago by letting my hectic
life take over. Since then I have developed many health issues
and am on MANY medications including narcotics..I have started back
with the meditations but am finding it almost impossible for anything to happen other than feeling relaxed when i'm thru. There's no visualization, colors, etc..Can my medications be the problem??

Thanking You All With Love & Light

Hi brmwtch,

Sorry for the late welcome! Feeling relaxed after meditation is at least something, and there is no need to experience visualisations etc for your meditation to be effective in touching your soul, often these are just byproducts noticed by the mind. I don't know if medication would stop them occuring, but please don't get discouraged - keep meditating!

peace,
sabine
