We have collected here free podcasts offered by the Meditation Society of Australia and also others that may be of interest.

The online classes that you may have subscribed to from this site are being offered in radio quality audio format in the "Learn to Meditate" podcast - each class discusses a spiritual topic with a guided meditation at the end. Premium members can download these audio files in higher quality CD format.

There is also an audio version of our children's meditations in the "Children Meditate" podcast, each class discusses a spiritual topic for children and has a short guided meditation at the end.

For those who just want to meditate, "Guided Meditations" provides a series of video podcasts.
