Our anger has many sources. Trauma, grief, frustration, and shame can all slowly reshape themselves into anger. When unresolved, these complex emotions can become stuck in our minds and bodies, leaving us feeling bitter, ungrateful, unhappy, and sick. In today's meditation, we address and resolve our anger. Using a timed breathing technique, we shake loose emotions that have become stuck in our bodies, creating space for more useful, creative energy. Please note: while it is important in this meditation to acknowledge whatever we are feeling, it is not necessary to relive or detail any experience. The modern world can be an onslaught of noise, imbalance, and instability. For people, this onslaught may lead to selective hearing, tinnitus, dizziness, and "tuning out". In today's meditation, we receive a healing session for our ears. Through this process, we clear the anxiety and trauma of noise pollution, renew our ability to listen mindfully to the world around us, and retune our inner balance.

This increases our capacity to love others, and to experience feeling loved.
